“Cooked” Poke Salmon Bowl

If you’re in a time jam and need to figure out what to make, this bowl might be the option for you! What you’re going to need:

  • Salmon

  • white rice

  • black beans

  • golden or purple beats

  • sweet potato

  • Taziki sauce

  • avocado

  • Siracha sauce

  • seaweed chips

  • Everything but bagel seasoning

It’s pretty straight forward, but you’re going to cook the salmon. Throw the golden beats and sweet potatoes into two seperate or one large pot and boil until soft after having peeled the skins off. Warm up the black beans,
